Chroma Zone Mural & Art Festival

Since 2019, the CEZ nonprofit org has produced 55+ murals as part of our annual Chroma Zone Mural & Art Festival. We focus on public murals, and artist-led programs and events, to connect and engage our community, support artists, add beauty and safety to our streets, and reflect the creativity happening inside our buildings on the outside.

We advance representation in our public art by recruiting diverse muralists with important stories to tell, and by ensuring they are fairly compensated and retain creative control. To date, 89% of our Chroma Zone muralists have been local, 77% BIPOC, and 57% Women and Non-Binary artists.
